Empties......

Have an overflowing basket of empties... Not made a review post on empties since December 2021, so here we go.....Will limit my reviews to only products I have never reviewed below or those I am particularly interested in....

Been on the cleanser trip for the last 6 months. Been trying out different ones from different brands.

Up here is the inky list, salicylic acid cleanser. I really like this and it was great for my breakouts. Calmed my skin, did not dry me out, did not foam and I felt pretty good afterwards. It did help with my breakouts and a little goes a long way.

I do think this will work great for acne prone skin.

Glossier Body Hero - Yep! I still dislike this dry body oil. This was my second bottle and will never get this again. The body oil is great. The packaging is shitty! The top kept getting loose and since its oil, you an imagine the accident you can get into with this. Happened with my 1st bottle, assumed, I got a dud, but this bottle did the exact same thing, so terrible bottle design? I am also not a fan of the scent. Can get better and a variety of more pleasant scents from the M.Greengrass brand.

Gallinee prebiotic face vinegar - Of two minds about this toner. Not a fav. It has a mild scent of vinegar but with the name, do I have a right to complain? It is clear on the tin.

This was just ok. I used this during one of my flair ups. It calmed my skin, was soothing, did not hurt or tingle excessively, took away my excess oil. It was quite mild on the skin. Those with sensitive skin or acne prone skin or oily skin will enjoy this toner sans the scent.

This is all about the moisturisers!

Don't care how dry your skin is, try this! You will not regret it. Lasting hydration. Winter what?

This sinks into your skin, hydrates you, non greasy and you do not have to rub in like a maniac. A few swipes and you are set.

Sol de janeiro bum bum cream - my niece just cannot understand why a body butter is named bum bum cream. At first asked, why anyone would need a separate cream for their bum. Corrected her but still cannot understand the name. I digress! I love this body butter. I have the same level of love as the Weleda body butter. However, I love this scent which also lasts. It envelopes you in it. Just absolutely lovely.

The price is £46 for 240ml. Yep! Excessive. If you can get great discount on this, its worth it.

Bodyshop Camomile eye makeup remover - Skip this! Used this for eye makeup removal, did not particularly work for the purpose I got it for. My under-eye makeup and mascara was always left behind. Had to go in with micellar water as well. Waste of money. Save yourself.

I am going to confess I am obsessed with the Dior Privee perfume collection. I love Ambre nuit perfume. This has amber and floral notes.

I am not a fan of buying perfumes via descriptions because I think that is never sufficient. Best to go try the scents. However, I can say this line is great and very long lasting. Over 24 hours long lasting. Give it a try.....Well worth it.....However, as with most things, Dior recently had a price hike, so they are slightly more expensive than last year.

Still in love with the Glow recipe blueberry bounce gentle cleanser. This is still my favourite cleanser ever!

The little bottle reminded me of what I missed and finally got a full size of it.
